The procedure
A breast reduction involves removing excess breast fat and tissue to reduce the breast to a more manageable size.
Liposuction is often paired with these techniques. Where large breast size is caused only by unwanted fat, liposuction alone may be sufficient.
Results
You can enjoy your breast reduction results immediately after surgery, although there may be some bruising and swelling, and you can carry on with life the way you want to, without the physical or emotional discomfort.
Recovery
It normally takes around one week to recover from breast reduction surgery. Dr. Ladak will prescribe medication for any pain you may experience and provide detailed information on how best to care for your treated area.
